We believe that service should be unpretentious, informal, and a bit irreverent. And we believe that our guests will return time and again for a high-quality product at a fair price, served in a fun atmosphere.
As a whole, Work & Class reflects the working class background and down-to-earth ethos of its three owners: Tony Maciag, a Detroit native; Delores Tronco, who is equal parts second-generation Italian immigrant and Nebraska farm stock; and Dana Rodriguez, who grew up on a farm in Chihuahua, Mexico. This explains why the menu is at once American and Latin American, why we say that weâ€™re â€śgood food, no fuss,â€ť and why every pour is two ounces.
